At about 6:25 today (Sunday 8/31), I went in and did the kiosk for my order and they did NOT fill it correctly... again! I ordered an 8-pc meal - substituting 4 legs OUT for 4 wings with 4 thighs, all extra crispy with extra biscuits and 4 tenders. When I got home, I have NO wings- VERY aggravating. I tried to call and the store did not pick up. Also, the mac & cheese was terrible tasting. I'd like a voucher for those 4 extra crispy wings, please and thank you.
Dear Yum Customer Service, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order in Kfc, which was excessively salty and not fit for consumption.As I am regular customer in Kfc pakistan Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue—including contacting the call center, lodging a complaint at the branch, and escalating it through your helpline—there has been no resolution or proper response to my complaint I wait too much longer as helpline told me your food keep your food with I wait too much form complain department.My order become waste for me.They misguiding me your order will replace but I think Kfc having concerned with their not customer care. As I am your regular customer still this kind of behavior, I order it for my family This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I expect prompt action. I got a email about a free food item I downloaded the Taco Bell app was told I would get a free one food item when to the restaurant drive thru couldn’t be found the free food item I’m pretty upset for lying to me!
I ordered chicken sandwich and got like a battered chicken skin barely any meat n that was the toughest part of the sandwich Keep that garbage were it goes not out the drive thru window
Every single chain now owned by this company has gone down hill drastically in both general quality, nutritional value, and taste. The meat is incredibly sus... whether chicken, beef, or steak. I've barely been able to stomach (when forced with no other option) Taco Bell or KFC for years now. Both used to be franchises that I enjoyed quite a bit too.
