The Childhood Center

We have had such a wonderful experience at the Childhood Center. From the very first day my son started until his graduation, the love, care, and dedication from the teachers and staff have been remarkable.When he first began, he was a little shy and nervous, but the teachers welcomed him with open arms and created such a nurturing environment that he quickly felt at home. Over the years, we’ve seen him grow not just academically, but also socially. Now that he’s graduated, we are so grateful for the solid foundation the school has given him. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but we know he is more than ready for the next chapter thanks to the care and education he received here.We highly recommend the Childhood Center to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential

The Childhood Center is an amazing place. They have taken tremendous care of our two kids for the last five years. It was bittersweet to transition to public school, and the kids still mention their beloved teachers at TCC. It was clear the teachers and Ms Fatima and Ms Tamia loved the children. We were fortunate to get enrolled during COVID - Ms Ashley in the infant room helped calm any concern I had about returning to work and leaving my child with someone else. We received constant updates and pictures. I thought it would be difficult for the kids to move up in classrooms but each new classroom brought a wonderful new teacher - Ms Evelyn, Ms Amanda, Ms Ruby, Ms Brenda, and Ms Sarai. I cannot recommend them enough - we were blessed with an amazing preschool experience there.

My son attended TCC for the first three years of his life, starting at three months old. We had a great experience and he was in good hands. Being a small school, everyone knew my son and made sure he got the individualized attention he sometimes needed (after all he is a toddler!). For working parents the hours are quite convenient and having the option to purchase the lunch program was helpful. I would certainly recommend TCC to others.

We were so relieved, and incredibly lucky to find this daycare for our baby. Things didn’t go as planned, and we had to find a daycare at the last minute. She started there at 6 months old and stayed until 11.5 months, and in that time she grew so much! She started crawling just two weeks after joining and was walking by 10 months. The teachers and staff are wonderful. They really get to know each child and offer thoughtful advice to help with developmental milestones. I loved that our baby was encouraged to eat on her own (we do baby-led weaning), that we got sweet photos and videos each day through the Procare app, and more formal progress updates. We were sad to have to move, because we would have loved for her to keep growing and learning there. Thank you to all the amazing teachers and staff—especially Ms. Daisy, Ms. Andrea, and Ms. Rachel. Our baby misses you all, and her little friends, so much!

Our daughter, Amelia, has been at The Childhood since she was 2 years old. The staff and teachers are caring, kind, trustworthy, and friendly. Throughout the years, she has learned a lot from potty training, manners, ABCs, counting, arts, math, science, STEM, reading, Spanish, singing, dancing, and so many more. She is now 5 and just graduated Pre-K there. We weren’t ready to leave yet so we are enrolled in their summer camp program. Highly recommend this place for your child.
