Facilities could be cleaner. Management could be managing, teaching and actually training. Employees should not be thrown into classrooms without being properly trained to do paperwork etc. Take time out for your employee problems and questions instead of dismissing them and not taking accountability for the lack of training and communication from management to staff. I would not send my child there as it’s not a one hundred percent safe environment.
