What Parents Say
This facility appears to be a 24/7 shelter rather than a traditional daycare center. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive, praising staff compassion and comprehensive support services. However, one reviewer reported being turned away with a child at meal times.
Generally has beds available but if you are a single mother or father who is in possession of your child, you are not welcome here at meal times nor is there beds available for homeless families. In fact, upon arriving for dinner with my infant (who had food but I did not) they turned me away and said children are not allowed on the property but I was welcome to leave my child with someone on the sidewalk so I could eat. Needless to say I went hungry.
Great place. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist people who are willing to get up and do the leg work. They work very hard to make sure rules are followed and everyone is safe. I appreciate everyone and all their hard work. You have all come a long way trying to help this community thank you for all your work
Today I went to visit a disabled family friend living at sun belt apartments in Sequim - as we walked by a group of people managing this building I could hear them laughing and making fun of my friend and I - I said this is very unprofessional and they asked for my name and then continued to laugh and mock me- I felt scared and threatened. I know there is a lack of employees everywhere, but this group has no business working with vulnerable people in disabled housing - I have paid to have cameras installed in my friends apartment as apparently this crew likes to enter unannounced without warning often times as my friend exits the shower, leaving him shaken and vulnerable - Who do I call or write letters to next?
If I could give this place negative stats I would. The staff are verbally abusive towards the people who stay there and yell at them and deamean them. The meals are not food and they use expired food bank food only. It was the worst experience of my life staying there and I wouldn't recommend it on my worst enemy.
