Recently, we attended a fundraiser meat raffle in which we won a prize—a bounce house rental—that turned out to be phony. We attempted to redeem this prize for a child’s birthday party, only to receive no communication from your organization until 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Rather than receiving a courtesy call, we were sent an email—just half an hour before the event—canceling the rental. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The lack of communication and disregard for our time and effort caused deep disappointment and embarrassment, especially for a child who was looking forward to a birthday celebration. The prize was clearly not honored in good faith, and the experience overall felt misleading and careless. To make matters worse, we were later offered summer camp scholarships, but after witnessing how this organization handles commitments to families, I have absolutely no confidence in entrusting my child’s care—or even my pet’s—to your staff. We were seriously considering hosting a fundraiser in partnership with the Boys and Girls Club, but in light of these experiences, we are reevaluating that plan. If this is how your organization treats the families and community members who support you, it’s deeply troubling. I hope this message is taken seriously, and that you take the necessary steps to address the professionalism, communication, and integrity of your operations. Families deserve better.
Great place for our boy after school. They are amazing faculty and staff there. My son loves it . Check them out for your younger children after school program for city of Tonawanda
I went here for a birthday party. I Don't know anything about prices or anything like that but it was pretty big with lots of room for the kids to play in the gymnasium and then the other side had lots of video games, different types of billiards and things like Legos. Lots of things for kids and there was kitchen access as well. Again idk prices but I'd be interested in having my kids party there.
The kids love playing baseball for pee wee and teens. The teams all have names from the baseball league do you can buy shirts and hats from a normal store. My nephew plays for the Yankees so I had an easy time finding a shirt and hat for myself.
