Unbelievable. The swimming assistants somehow managed to stain my expensive jacket, and honestly, it felt less like an accident and more like pure carelessness—or worse, complete disregard. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to avoid ruining people’s belongings, but maybe a little effort could go a long way. It’s frustrating to think that something I paid good money for was damaged because of their lack of attention. Hopefully, this serves as a wake-up call to be more mindful. No one else should have to deal with this unnecessary inconvenience.
I took my sister to swimming classes here over the summer, and she really enjoyed it! They offered us two free classes. My sister worked 1 on 1 with her coach (i cant recall her name at the moment, but when I do, ill update this review). She is a lot more confident now and we cant wait to book more classes for the summer.
It’s pretty boring they just keep giving us the same games and expect us to enjoy it. Not only that but the gym is usually only basketball so if you play other sports it sucks cause people takeover the gym with basketball. Most of the staff is chill they don’t target anyone. But there are people who take this job too seriously while they only get paid 18 an hour it’s like they take out their stress on everyone. Honestly if you like only swimming and basketball then I guess this is for you but if you like anything else you’re gonna get bored
The Boys Club is a great alternative for any boy age 6 to 18. It's 5 dollar fee is cheap enough to keep you coming but as a parent you need to decide if you want your kids to stick around. Only thing is there are a lot of other kids here and kids will be kids. As a kid that went here, I have to say I grew up here and I am glad I did.
I attend a swimming class held within the pool of BCNY. It is usually clean and the temperature of the pool is usually set well, although it can cold during the winter time. The locker room is clean enough for my liking but I can see it becoming dirty quite quickly.
