What Parents Say
The Blessed Noah's Ark Daycare has highly polarized reviews. Positive reviews praise the caring staff, clean facility, and child development progress. Negative reviews raise serious concerns about facility conditions, unprofessional management, health/safety practices, and unexplained additional fees.
Don’t bring your child here, it’s always dark, it never smells like food, and they always try to send your child home for a runny nose but still want to get paid from dhs! Oh but the OIG knows about this as of now but Please beware this place is real sketchy! They don’t give them babies breakfast, they don’t even clean their bottles. This is not a learning center this is a babysitter and my child has been sick so many times coming to this place. Everyone tried to warn me on bringing my child here even family members of the owner that has kids that attended there. Some of the employees that work here don’t even have their CDA to be a “teacher”.
Blessed Noah Ark daycare has provided a nurturing environment for my one-year-old son. The staff is attentive, caring, and creates a positive atmosphere. The facility is clean and well-maintained! My child has thrived in their care and he loves going there and you can tell the feelings are mutual. Overall, it's a trustworthy and loving place for young ones to grow and learn.
One thing that I have learned is when your a business owner people come to try to Slander your name because you have to follow STATE RULES and regulations. I’m sorry your child can’t come to the daycare sick, or have any type of contagious diseases that will spread around the whole daycare. We love the children at Noah’s Ark and we appreciate our parents. We have to make it a safe place to learn and we know kids has to get use to coming and getting to know us better and they will stop crying. As a parent we know it takes at least 2 weeks for a child to know us or even 30 days of consistency with bringing them. If your not Consistent you as a parent will make it hard for your child meaning bring your child to daycare when schedule so they can get to know everybody and learn transition so that we can prepare them for success. I thank God for the cameras in my center because it tells it all as far as these reviews. The Blessed Noah’s Ark daycare and learning center appreciate the community and looks forward to working with you all, REMEMBER don’t believe everything you hear.
The director is very unprofessional ! I brung my kid in Thursday morning of 11/04/2021 at about 7:12 am & the first thing she said to me was “I told them not to call you when he’s crying” no “Goodmorning” , no “hey” or nothing & her tone was very nasty ! She was referring to my son crying the day before when I came to pick him up & since I know my kid & I know he doesn’t just cry for no reason I asked one of the teachers why was he crying , her reply was “I don’t know does he have a problem using the bathroom” I answered no she then proceeded to tell me “well he just crying” I didn’t say anything after I just got my kid & left didn’t really make a big problem about it . So for the director to be so rude to me the next morning about the situation I honestly don’t appreciate it ! I have all rights to ask why was my kid crying I’m sure any mother would be concerned just as well as I was! The director also told me that morning that there’s cameras all over the facility I let her know that I wasn’t referring to anybody doing anything to my child I just wanted to know WHY he was crying ! I told her that & she then proceeded to say that there’s a 2 week trail & if I didn’t like it there I could find him somewhere else to go, at that point I’ve had it with the smart remarks & just told her that I’ll find him somewhere else to go that morning instead of him attending the daycare because she obviously has some type of animosity towards me for what reason I’m not sure but I just wasn’t comfortable at all with my kid staying there after the fuse that morning , I feel the appropriate time to talk about a situation would either be after the situation happened which she could have called me to talk about it or waited till after I picked my kid up later that day . Im thankful to have other support & someone else to watch my kid because I didn’t expect to get him dressed that morning just to drop him off to daycare & the director to be so rude & make me uncomfortable w/ me child being in the facility . Definitely would not recommend !
Very nice staff. I have my two kids in this daycare and I am glad at the progress they have made since joining a year ago. My son is particularly the difficult type but I have seen alot of changes in him.
