What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise this gymnastics facility for its excellent coaching staff, top-quality equipment, and expanded facility. Reviews highlight strong competitive performance, welcoming atmosphere, and quality programming for various age groups from toddlers through competitive team members.
We have done open gymnastics every Sunday for about the last 3 years. They have recently went up in price slightly (just like everything else). I still feel is a good deal for the time and equipment you get to use! My daughter looks forward to going every week. Plus we get to have a little.lunch after. They have a full menu and kitchen there with a large variety of items to choose from. Would be a great place to just eat honestly.
My daughter has been in the preschool here and it’s been a good experience with the new director and the other teachers. My 4 year old love camp this summer and we just started some age 4 “tumble bear” classes. The equipment and teachers are all good!
My daughter was attending the “Discovery Adventure Camp”. It was marketed as a gymnastics themed camp with similar aged kids, my daughter is 5. I felt misled about the camp. It is more consistent with a large daycare. We pulled our daughter out after two days after an incident when she could not be located at the end of the day. She was found in the bathroom with two additional kids in the same stall, and she was crying her eyes out because obviously, that situation is not ideal, nor is it safe. My daughter has a health condition as well, so not knowing where she was is certainly an added issue. The space is definitely not clean either. There is Sheetrock dust on the floor. I went in this morning and there was a sleeve of dirty diapers hanging out near the door. Piles of paper precariously jammed on nearly all of the counter space in the office area. It looks like it hasn’t seen a legit cleaning job in a while. I’ve also heard from other parents about very unusual conversations and behavior modification techniques that don’t seem consistent with the loving/caring/supportive atmosphere you’d expect. I wouldn’t send my kid back for another day if someone paid me to. If you have another option, you should seriously consider it.
The front desk lady was rude after I asked, “is this where I pay?” making sure I was in the right desk to pay for my son. She told me it was an open gym and was being sarcastic about it. She then followed me in the gym and said rude things to me. It was so embarrassing that my kids had to see how rude she was to me. This kind of service is not good especially with kids around. My son had fun in the gym but Im skeptical to come back because my first experience with the front desk lady isn’t good. I went in on a Sunday 1:00pm.
Finally decided to get our daughter signed up for classes after constant cartwheels around the house. It wasn't long before we found out this was the perfect gym for her. She moved up a few levels and two years later she is now on her first year with the team. We are extremely pleased with the owners and coaching staff and our experience at Regal Gymnastics. There does not seem to be another facility in the area that can compete with this gym. The new addition adds a lot more space to allow the kids the room they need to practice. With this being our first experience with our kids and gymnastics it is easy for us to see that the gymnasts at REGAL are receiving top notch training. Again, first year on team and we have traveled to MA, NY and SC for competition and witnessed REGAL receiving high scores and placing 1st in many events both individually and as a team. Highly recommend!!
