10/5/2018 After setting an appointment with Karen 2 hours prior to my arrival I was not seen by anyone. The front desk lady mentioned to her on several occasions that I was there and still nothing. A couple of workers walked passed me as if I was a statue. I waited for nearly an hour until I decided that it was no longer worth the wait. Will NOT recommend this company.
