I am an ex employee so you can assume anything I say about this place is simply as some sort of retaliation. I'm not trashing the place, it's a great place to work. It could be much better. It runs like OPWDD "Lite", like a stripped down version of larger state run facilities. Unlike state run facilities, the ARC offers no union, no guaranteed raises every year, frequent budget cuts, and mismanagement as far as the main office is concerned. I enjoyed my time their as an employee, I liked the people I worked for/with. But there are things that ARC could change to make this an all around better place to work.
