Our kids have been attending the Bellevue ASA location since they were each about 6 months old and we've had a great experience. The teachers are all very friendly and the kids love them. The staff has been very consistent for the last couple of years which is great and really helpful for their learning. The kids came home learning about letters/numbers/colors/etc before I knew it was even something we should be working on with them. Overall we've been very pleased with our experience.
My husband and I went in to tour the daycare in preparation for our twins arriving early next year and were very impressed with staff and the cleanliness of the center. Everyone was very welcoming and we both felt comfortable in the atmosphere. This was the only daycare we ended up touring and quickly decided to start the enrollment process!
They answered all my questions making my mama heart feel secured and happy in my decision! They don’t just “babysit” they will be teaching my child, helping him grow in all his milestones, and keeping me updated on everything along the way. I’m a very overprotective mama bear and they put my anxious mind at ease!
At A Step Ahead the teachers and staff truly care about the kids. Our daughter glows when talking about her experiences at “school”. We are lucky to have such an amazing place with amazing people. It’s nice to know your kids are in good hands.
Very disappointed in this daycare, I enrolled my kids in August as I needed care for my children for when they Have days off of school they did good with them the times they allowed them to come. I dropped them off today the 1st of November and the manager told me that they’re no longer taking my children because they don’t go to school at Avery in Bellevue mind you I completed forms before enrollment at this daycare stating what school they went to. Which was not Avery and it was OK as long as they don’t have to transport them to and from school which they wouldn’t need that anyways ! so I’m just really confused how they can change their rules overnight and basically screw you out out of daycare For your kids, considering it’s a daycare!!!!!! I’ve never heard of a daycare where it matters what school your child attends for you to qualify or to get kicked out of a daycare which should have been staged before they were ever enrolled ! long story short If your child does not go to Avery and you have school ages kids I would highly not recommend putting your kids in this daycare As megan (The manager) will string you along and then all of a sudden drop you the morning you come to drop your kids off
