I absolutely love this place. Their communication is great, they pay very good attention to the littles and my daughter loves her teachers. They do several crafts a week with the children and I love receiving them! My daughter is two and squeals with excitement everyday we enter the parking lot.
if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My son did not go there very long at all. He absolutely hated it and we eventually found out why once I came to pick him up he was absolutely soaked in urine. I had to change him and spoke with them try to give them the benefit of the doubt I believe it was like a couple days or the week later I went to pick my son up and he was yet again soaking wet whenever I went to change him I noticed they had not changed him all day my son had sat in the same pull-up since I had dropped him off that morning absolutely humiliating my child trying to play with his friends in a soaking wet diaper going to take a nap in a soaking wet diaper trying to eat in a soaking wet diaper I have guilt for ever sending my child here I would not let them watch my son’s pet rock I should have done better with asking for a review of this place later found out a lot of people have sad/bad stories about the academy of early learning similar to ours
Personally I have never taken my children here but from just a few phone calls they have definitely surpassed any expectations of kindness! They have been very polite and understanding in helping me by answering a few questions for an assignment I have. So so kind and did their very best to answer to the best of their ability. If this is how they act over a phone imagine in person! Absolutely amazing, love them!!
Amazing school & amazing ladies that work there! My child has went here for almost 2 years now and she loves it. All the teachers, director, and owner know all the kids! My child has blossomed here, I feel very secure in sending her there. I trust these women, best daycare in Boaz and surrounding area!
Do NOT pay for your daycare in advance!!! We moved 45 minutes away from the daycare and they knew as soon as I did that my child would be leaving the daycare the following f week. They want a weeks notice to get your money back and I let them know 4 days prior to the next week. They are only open 5 days a week!! So just because I was a couple days shy they refused to give my money back that I paid in advance because “they were holding that spot” when 4 days was plenty of time for them to call to fill the spot with another child. So in my opinion it’s distasteful but you live and learn. Just putting a warning out there for other parents.
