I want to thanks The 2nd House Academy for all the good things my child has received from them, the best experience we have, the owner is always there for everything we need, the director is a very professional and prepared person and always has a welcoming attitude, the same as all the staff, the school is clean and have everything my son have to learn in a good environment .Teachers are always there for us. I recommend to everyone that needs a good education for their children. My son is in the center and will be there until they have the opportunity for him. Thank you for everything.

I have never felt more disrespected or dismissed. The staff shows a serious lack of empathy toward new and prospective parents. From the very beginning, I was made to feel small and insignificant. For 30 days, I was misled and given false hope, only for them to completely change their story without accountability. The director’s attitude is condescending and unprofessional, creating an environment that does not feel safe or supportive for parents to voice their opinions. While I value direct communication, the way my situation was handled was beyond unacceptable. Please take the reviews seriously—my experience reflects the ongoing issues others have mentioned. The director should sincerely reconsider her approach to handling parents’ concerns with respect and empathy.

Very unprofessional principle and staff, scheduled an appointment to register my son at 9:30 am, when we got there her staff mentioned she wouldn’t be there until 1pm. We took time out of our work day to register our son and not even an apology. Instead we were treated with a cold shoulder. To add no one else can register children which creates a major inconvenience for parents if for any reason, without notice, the principal is out or decides to sleep in that morning. All in all, they have a bad administrative structure. Not even a phone number appears on google…

Last Thursday I was in the school picking up my kid and i was witness from a very disgusting situation that provoked a mother that thinks deserve the most in a place where every kid is treated the same way with respectful and professionalism never crossing the line between parents for protect them. She was screaming 4 letter words so aloud, that outside you could hear her. Never in the time that my son is attending there(Since a little toddler), i presence something like this. All the staff of the second house are amazing, always smiling, because they leave problems at home and not take them to the work. My kid is in love with all the staff always saying hello, bye and most of those habits he learnt them there. Second house, don’t let that these kind of parents destroy the reputation that you have win, because if you have it is because you deserve it. I have no words to express all my gratefulness for the amazing Job you have been doing.
