The 2nd House Daycare & Learning Center #2

We’ve had a truly wonderful experience at the 2nd house daycare in Fountain bleu this year. As parents, nothing matters more than knowing our child is in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment and this school has exceeded all our expectations. Ms. Santa and Idalmis have been absolutely exceptional. From day one, they made our son feel welcomed, supported, and excited about learning. Their warmth, patience, and creativity shine through in every activity and interaction. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids and love what they do. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our son not just academically, but socially and emotionally. He’s developed confidence, curiosity, and stronger communication skills. He comes home happy and excited to share what he learned, which tells us everything we need to know. We also really appreciate the consistent communication and the school’s emphasis on play-based learning, kindness, and building a strong foundation for future success.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 1 year old, and now she’s 3. We couldn’t be happier! Ana, the administrator, has always been there to help us with anything we’ve needed. The teachers my daughter has had, Mercy and Marina, are absolutely wonderful. They are caring, patient, and treat the children with so much love and attention. I’ve seen so much growth and happiness in my daughter, and I feel very confident leaving her in their care every day. Highly recommend!

I had my son enrolled here for 6 months, and our experience was extremely disappointing. My child has severe food allergies (egg, milk, and gluten intolerance), and the daycare has a signed document from his pediatrician clearly stating that he should only be given food from home. Despite this, my son came home sick with diarrhea, and I found beans and corn in his stool — foods I never sent from home. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for his health. On top of that, the daycare has no cameras and absolutely no communication with parents during the day. Every single afternoon, the only update we ever got was “everything was fine,” even when it clearly wasn’t. I do not recommend this daycare to any family. The lack of responsibility, transparency, and care is alarming, and I would never trust them again with my child’s wellbeing.

The atmosphere of the place is incredible, the teachers are very sweet and dedicated, and they provide personalized attention. On top of that, my daughter learned so much. I wholeheartedly recommend The 2nd House, with full knowledge and conviction that here, children truly learn, are loved, and are taught not only academics but also how to be good people! The entire staff is loving, caring, and simply the best!

My son started attending this daycare, which the second house is literally what it is, at 1 years old with this amazing team, my son was able to identify colors, count to ten and much more knowledge. With love and patience Odalys and Yeney have proven they are more than teachers, they really make this little ones and our family feel at home, with all their love and dedication. My 2nd house is an amazing place were my baby has felt loved and cared for. He is always wanting to go back to have a wonderful and exiting day.
