My daughter was attacked by a after school student that attends the elementary school and when i got to the daycare to see my childs face it was beat up and bloody and i asked the teachers what happened to her they lied about it at first until i had to continue to question them about my daughter the staff is messy and not orderly and i have now pulled both of my daughters out. The vibe there didn't sit well with me anyways it felt as if the teachers are there for a check and not to really love on the children
The way they conduct business and handle CAPS scholarship recipients is extremely incompetent. I had to pull both of my children from their center because of inaccurate charges. The director at center three informed me that my children could not return until the fees were paid at their other location. What actually happened is that she refused to allow my children to attend the first week of school and sent them back to their other location until their scholarships were switched, well three days later their scholarships were switched and her center actually received the funds that should have gone to the other location. This whole mess could have been avoided had she just let them attend last week when they were supposed to officially start, knowing full well that CAPS will backdate the payment, now they want ME to pay or my kids can’t come back. I will gladly pull them out and find somewhere else to send my children where the staff is more competent.
Very unprofessional, talk about kids and parents ! Also have no patience for kids and very messy. I pick my son up at 4:50 no later then 5:00pm they have him sitting at the door when daycare doesn’t close until 6pm ! I do not advise anyone to sent their kids here
They have a very few good staff at this location but need to hire more staffs that's there for the kids rather than a check because these past couple months the staff rating will get them a one
