Tender Years Learning Center #14

This daycare was nice until we got a new director by the name of Harley, you can find her down in the reviews. She didn’t know how to take payments for the parents and she was barely around. The area director is un-professional as well, they decided to move the items in the daycare out as daycare was in session. Told us yesterday we were shutting down and our last day was Friday except here we are and the kids have barely any food. Took up rugs and furniture so the kids are now sitting on floors watching everything they ever known be taken away. Instead of moving after business hours, it was done during business hours. Majority of the time the center was ran by a fellow co-worker, she was great. Miss Helen knew things in the daycare were broken and never made sure anything was fixed. Our most recent accident was a little girl slicing her finger on a window. By the way, the other reviews on here are fake…the people commenting have never enrolled their kids into the daycare. Those are Harley’s friends from her daycare in Warner Robins. I love the bonds I built with the kids and the staff, it’s just the director and area director that are the problem. If this doesn’t tell you enough about the the directors and how much they didn’t care about the kids I’m not sure what to say.

TENDER YEARS IN GRAY IS THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR AND YOUR CHILD!!! They’re very welcoming, friendly, and professional about their job and they do take it seriously! My little boy go there and I am happy when I picked them up and they tell me what they did today and I was overly excited because when I get ready to birth my babygirl, I KNOW she be in good hands!!! The director there is very nice and loved. She really made this daycare a home and I just loved that. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

The new director is amazing! My boy comes home every day telling me about what he did with all his friends and the staff. This place is truly the best daycare in the area. I drop my boy off in confidence knowing he’s in safe hands everyday!

The teachers try their best with what they’re given but the directors are always being changed out, they never care about the children and only money. No one is properly trained, health and safety wise. The newest director is faking reviews to help herself out. Don’t take your kid here !! Research a good place for them !

I had a horrendous experience with this childcare center, and I urge everyone to steer clear of this place. The director, who seems to think she's running a circus instead of a childcare facility, is shockingly negligent. Her mistreatment of employees is appalling – turnover is so high that it feels like a revolving door of disgruntled staff. Safety codes? Forget about them. This place breaks them like it's a hobby. The playground equipment is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's as if they're trying to see how many safety violations they can rack up in a single day. Save yourself the stress and potential danger to your child. Go anywhere else but here.
