Tender Years is exactly that - such a tender, sweet, and special place. The teachers offer a nurturing experience for each student that makes my daughter feel so safe. I personally love the focus on social and emotional skills, as I’ve seen my daughter grow immensely in how she interacts with the world and those around her. Also, the ability to volunteer in the classroom and be a part of my daughter’s learning feels like gold during these formative years. So different from just attending parties and field trips. Tender Years is a wonderful preschool that is play based, learn at your own pace preschool. All the teachers and aides are wonderful and care about each child’s learning pace. My son has learned so much since the past 2 years he has attended. It’s a great way to get them introduced to school routine and prepare them for the years ahead. There’s multiple opportunities for you to be involved with your child in the classroom and other families within the school.
Tender Years has been the perfect place for our daughter. The structure of the day flows so well, and we love how creative she gets to be! Also, being able to volunteer is so much fun and be apart of these special years! All the teachers are so sweet and she absolutely loves being there!! We can’t wait for our youngest to join!
We knew that Tender Years was the preschool for our son, after attending a Popcicles on the Playground event over the Summer. The staff seems like they were put here with the sole purpose of teaching pre-schoolers. They are kind, considerate and work with each student to help them find structure in this early education setting. Our son is proud to show off his art projects and talks about his friends and teachers every day. Parents have an opportunity to volunteer and be a part of the process. This means a lot, as we are carefully considering each step of his education. The teachers and administrator either had children attend or were students when they were young. Tender Years feels like an extension of our family, and with a tuition rate that we could afford, we appreciate everything they provide. Students have the opportunity to go on field trips to local farms, tumbling gyms and other fun stuff. They have bike days and every week they are working on learning the most fundamental components of reading, math, colors, etc. We're so glad we chose Tender Years!
