My son, Matthew (11m) has been attending Tender Touch since February, the experience by far has been nothing short of amazing. As parents it is VERY hard to trust a place with your baby, I trust them. They care for my son and love him, when he was out sick, they called to check in on him and make sure he was doing okay. My son loves all of the teachers there, he is not usually one to go to people, and he loves them. He has learned so much from his teachers already. They give regular updates with a card with all of his activities, what he ate/drank throughout the day, and his diaper changes are logged everyday. The facility is VERY CLEAN. They are very attentive to all the kids whenever I am there. They are overall amazing. A special thank you to Ms. Angie, She is so sweet and full of information. She takes her role very seriously and I applaud all of the teachers. Thank you so much Tender Touch for taking care of my baby.
Love Love this Daycare they saved my child life he was unresponsive and one of the daycare workers did CPR on him for about ten minutes bringing him back. I would give them infinity stars if I could, I feel like I owe them my life it is also very very clean. The kids eat very well any incident where the biggest smile is written for your record but the best one that I have seen in years thank you, Tender Touch. Love y’all. My babies have been going here since 5months & 2yrs old! They communicate and have great rates! Bilingual as well! Both of my babies understand Spanish at the ages of 2 & 4 now!
My daughter(2) and son(9mths) haven't even been going there for a whole year and my daughter is speaking some Spanish. I love the daycare, so CLEAN!! The love they have for the children you can feel it. I never felt my son or daughter was in any danger, I go to work knowing my children are well taking care of. Any concerns you have they will work with you.
In this daycare you can see/feel how they truly care about your child, the teachers are friendly. My favorite part is that it’s in a bilingual environment so your child can learn/follow Spanish. This facility is very clean too, when you walk in you can breathe the fresh air
