⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Cadence Academy! Over the past two years, our little one has thrived in this nurturing and stimulating environment. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and community. The staff at Cadence are truly exceptional. They are not only highly trained and professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. Each teacher and administrator has taken the time to know our child's unique personality, interests, and needs, which has made a world of difference in their development. The genuine affection they have for the children is evident, and it makes dropping off our child a breeze every morning! Communication is top-notch; we receive regular updates about our child's progress and daily activities, which we truly value. The staff is always open to feedback and suggestions, making us feel like valued partners in our child's care and education.

My experience attempting to enroll my child in this center was disheartening. I was referred to this center by another parent with a special needs child. I spoke directly with a staff member who claimed to have extensive experience with children with special needs. A observation was scheduled however she was not present the entire time we were there. She was in another room chatting with the other teachers and playing with other children in that classroom. I never received a call concerning our visit and after 5 days, I had to contact them only for her to tell me that they weren't "equipped " to provide care. How do you make this determination when you observed my child for 0 minutes of the 60 that we were there? EDITED: Thank you for your response, but I can assure you this review was not written in error. I am absolutely referring to the Newark location. You mentioned not having “Lana S” in your records, which would make sense since Lana is a “middle name”. Rather than taking accountability for what occurred, your response attempts to dismiss my experience entirely. This review is a factual account of my experience, and I hope it encourages you to reflect on how families; especially those with children who have special needs; are treated during such a vulnerable process. Perhaps filing a formal complaint for a potential ADA violation would help jog your memory.

My son has been going to Cadence Academy for over a year now. Cadence definitely makes us feel like we are part of a large family. The staff is very professional and nice. My toddler loves going there, and I can tell he has been learning a lot while also having fun. I also feel confident that my child is safe, and appreciate how well the staff communicates about his development, the environment, etc. We are very happy to be a part of Cadence family.

They were absolutely phenomenal until Corrine left. Cori swept in and took care of my family when our world turned upside down, the current management has one concern and one concern only, $$. I asked about price increases for summer at the front desk months ago, they waited until 1 day before summer starts to inform me rates would be doubling weekly but not to worry, they would “work with me”. By that they meant telling me my son could be done now, leaving me a single full-time working mom with 3 weeks of no childcare. Needless to say, the teachers are wonderful, but if you are looking for a school that values families… keep searching.

My daughter has been attending Cadence academy for 8 months now. She loves going to daycare, and is always excited to see all the staff. Ms Rachel in the infant room is always bubbly, excited, and incredibly attentive to all the babies needs. She truly loves her job, and taking care of all "her babies". It's been a blessing to drop off a young child and truly not worry. Ms Itzy in the toddler room is always creating fun and inventive activities for the toddlers to take part in to encourage their development. The managerial staff is also very attentive and warm. Ms Corey always remembers their kids names, as well as the parents and follows up when the little ones are out sick. Overall a great daycare. Would highly recommend Cadence academy to anyone!
