My son is no longer enrolled at Tender Loving Care due to repeated safety concerns. He came home with scratches, bumps, and even rocks in his belongings, with no clear explanation. One time he hit his head There was A big bruise, purple and blue and the story kept changing. The lack of communication and accountability made me feel like my child wasn't safe. I can’t recommend this daycare based on our experience. I will be reporting them to the Texas childcare regulations just to express our concerns
There are so many great things I could say about this place! My kids absolutely LOVE coming here. They always come home excited to share all the fun things they did throughout the day. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner even knows all the parents by name — such a personal touch! Everyone is genuinely involved in the kids' day-to-day activities, making sure they’re not only having fun but also learning and growing along the way. Thank you all for loving my three boys like your own — it means the world to us!
Ms. Charlie is the kindest, most compassionate caregiver I could ask for!! She loves on my daughter the same way she would her own baby ❤ she has also been immensely helpful and patient with me. Every member of her staff is warm and personable, and they are always very welcoming and hospitable from the second we arrive!! My daughter loves everyone here, and I see her having a blast every time I come to pick her up. I have also noticed she has started to identify more letters and colors and her vocabulary has noticeably grown in the short time she's been here! I highly recommend this place!!!!
My children LOVE😍 it here Mrs. Charlie and her Staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND when it comes to working with children. I wouldn't want my children to go ANYWHERE else in Denton. TLC is more than just a daycare they have become my FAMILY🥰🥰🥰😍
Mrs Charlie is great! She helped make sure my babies got care and takes great care of them. She has a wonderful bright attitude and makes my son enjoy coming everyday. i Highly recommend her and her daycare!
