Tender Loving Care & Child Development Center

I really love this center. My child is 4 and attends their 4K program from 8–3. The center is always clean, the environment is cheerful, and the children are constantly laughing, learning, and playing. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and kind — you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. My daughter never comes home hungry or complaining about meals. They actively use an app and post pictures of her doing crafts and playing dduring the day. When I go to pick her up, she is happily doing some activity like art, a lesson, or playing with the other children. The other children are very nice, kind and well cared for. The facility is secure and each age level has their own little play area outside. My daughter looks forward to attending every day. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and happy place for their kid.

I am somewhat confused about the recent review posted regarding TLC. If a parent is to make such claims, it is important to understand that TLC records every single room, at every single angle, nonstop at this facility. Ms. Claudia has always been kind to us, and I understand her English quite well. These claims are unfounded and all proof of such was sent to the proper authorities. Hence, no action was taken. To publicly state that a child was literally mistreated by the owner of this facility is pretty outrageous. I have witnessed first hand the care she takes with each child. The staff make the children in their care top priority. My grandson loves all the teachers and administrators and makes it a point to pass out high fives and hugs as he walks in and out of TLC. At any given time there are several children stopping by Ms. Claudia's office. Why? Because they love her. I know people love to have something to talk about, but at TLC, if you go take a look, it's just a whole bunch of fun and learning.

An amazing daycare service! Competitive prices. Fulltime and part time available!!!! My son goes here and he absolutely loves it! Children always feel welcome in a safe and fun environment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

**DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD(REN) HERE** The “owner” is very rude ! When I would bring up issues I had concerning my child and his wellbeing. Claudia would walk out on conversations , hang up the phone in my face & or call the police because I want answers ! She can barely speak English , so you can never fully understand what she’s saying ! She kicked me out of the Procare app , so I couldn’t receive any messages or updates about what was going on in the center. My child was suppose to be going to this daycare until August 4th when school starts back. I had this in text messages but couldn’t pull it up to show her because I was kicked out of the app. She grabbed my child tightly by his arm and was mushing his head in the mat during nap time to make him go to sleep . Then took him to her office & while he was in there he was made to sit there and do nothing while her grandchild (that wouldn’t nap either) got to run around and play and color in the office . When I asked for the video to be shown to me this morning , she showed me all of 10 seconds , just to tell me my child was not suppose to be here today & he is not registered! My child has been going to this daycare all summer and now all of a sudden because I want to see the video footage of what was done to him he’s not “suppose to be there” . All while just before asking for the footage she had one of her workers come tell me what class he was going to be in this week. She kept saying 4k is closed , but my child has completed 4k and is only there with a daycare voucher not 4k voucher . This has been one of the worst experiences for both my child and I. They will try and kick you out of the center when you bring up your issues and concerns ! & when you ask who can I go to above the “owner” they will not tell you who to get in contact with . EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! And I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this center .

This Daycare has been a horrible experience since Deborah sold. It’s went extremely downhill and the things allowed would never go on under Deborah. SOME teachers are extremely unprofessional as you can see just here under the reviews speaks for itself. My son was enrolled here and had specific health issues that could be life or death for him at 11 months old that were completely ignored and disregarded and I was spoken to awful by his teacher after a entire year of taking disrespect and smart mouth comments from here about my sons care. The director has no regard for what goes on and is terrible with communication. Go at your own risk 🤷🏻‍♀️
