What Parents Say
Tender Hearts Dayschool receives mixed reviews with strong praise from most parents who highlight caring staff, good communication, and a nurturing environment. However, some parents report serious concerns about staff conduct, inadequate support for children with special needs, and unprofessional behavior during field trips.
I am not quick to 5 star reviews, but i must say I waited quietly for a long time for this review. This place earned it. If I could give 100 stars I would. From the owner, managment and staff, through every single season and age group, this is a phenomenal place to trust your littles at. I am a single mother, careful with everything and I've been trusting this facility with my child for 4 years now. Communication, educational, sensitivity, understanding, acceptance, nutritional meals, cleanliness, professional, kind, personal, organized, creative (lots of art projects) and loving all balled up into one place. Tender hearts. I recommend it everyone. They care about stability, health and happiness for your child (children) and there core values are solid and amazing. I love the relationships in this place. I recommend it to anyone that wants a good, caring place for your child while you're working. I trust them more than public school with my child. Just a great place! Thank you TH for always being awesome and amazing.
My children went here for years and they were so happy. The owner co founder and all of the teachers have extremely maternal natures about them. Any time there was an incident I was notified right as I walked thru the door or even called before I was off of work. It is the most comforting homey vibe you feel as you enter the daycare. My youngest was still under a year old when she began here and even as a baby I completely trusted these women. My children's school transportation is the reason we had to leave this daycare which was a hard day for us all. They miss it here so much and often ask to go back as their new daycare is not nearly the same. I would highly and always recommend tender hearts day school ♥️
I took my 3 year old grandson there for about Five months! There were multiple issues that I overlooked! But the biggest one that happened was when he got hearing aids! We had multiple issues with teachers not working well with the hearing aids putting them in after naptime, helping him when he needed them to..etc. Its as essential as someones shoes and socks! It's part of his daily learning, communicating and all around well being! They let him go due to the fact that they couldn't meet his needs when it came to the hearing aids. I do not recommend this daycare for any child especially one with special needs! They do not have enough staff to meet the normal amount of children, let alone anyone who needs a little extra help! In my opinion they do not have tender hearts! The silver lining is, a great place was provided for my grandson after that, And he is doing above amazing now! I realize him being at this school every day contributed to a big part of his daily stress! Kim Speed
Love love love this daycare!! My daughter absolutely fell in love with all of the staff . The kiddos are great here too. I absolutely recommend this wonderful daycare to anyone looking! They have wonderful field trips and are always outside playing! They even do ECAEP transportation which was VERY helpful for me.
I absolutely love this daycare and all of the staff that work there! My daughter was always excited to go. You can tell they really care about the kids. I would highly recommend this place.
