If I could give no stars I would. I brought my 3 year old for her very first day. She was happy to be back in daycare after being at home for months with me. She is nonverbal so it takes some time for her to get adjusted to certain things. I dropped her off at 7:30am and received a call 2 and a half hours later to come back to get her because she “can’t do anything with her” when the owner KNEW that she was nonverbal. She couldn’t even give her a full day. She did not wanna deal with her or even give her a chance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t call yourself “Tender Care” if you’re not willing to give it.
If your child is non verbal or autistic and they attend here, the lady refers to them as “one of those.” I felt incredibly disrespected when I called to ask if she had a spot and said my son was autistic and nonverbal. Absolutely ridiculous how you treat and speak of kids with disabilities!
The best daycare in Alabama! I wouldn’t trust my kid anywhere else. They are sweet, caring, follow all protocols and actually care about your kid! 10/10
My son went here when we lived in Alabama. It was an amazing place. All the teachers were so nurturing. 😊❤️😊❤️😊❤️
