Tender Care Learning Center

My daughter has been part of Building Blocks (both here and at another location) since she was six months old. The amount of attention and care she gets is outstanding. I have never worried about her after we drop her off. The lesson plans are extensive and have provided her with such an opportunity to grow. We love everything about Building Blocks. Its not just a daycare where they chase your kid around for 8 hours and they just play. She is stimulated, is learning, and is becoming such a grown up little , independent 3.5 year old. The staff is passionate about their work and genuinely care for the kids. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for care for their child without reservation.

We have had an incredible experience at Building Blocks, and I cannot recommend it enough. The teachers are exceptionally experienced – many have been here for 10–15 years and remain in the same classrooms with the same age groups. That consistency makes a huge difference, and it’s clear how deeply they love and care for the children. The communication from leadership is thoughtful, consistent, and reassuring, which gives us so much confidence as parents. The entire facility is always spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. Most importantly, my son is genuinely happy to go every day. Seeing him excited, comfortable, and thriving has made this such a positive experience for our family. We previously sent our daughter to another daycare in the area, and Building Blocks is by far a better experience in every way. We feel incredibly lucky to have found it.

Our experience at Building Blocks has been amazing. The teachers are so attentive, kind and patient. Every staff member knows my daughters name which just shows how close the community is. The curriculum has also been wonderful. I highly recommend it there!

If i can give building blocks (Avon) a 10 star review i totally would. The executive director, Melixa is AMAZING. When i first went to tour the place, she took her time to learn about my child and what my family was looking for and she was patient and happy to answer all my questions and i was so impressed with how clean, organized and plain nice the facility is. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful, i was set this was the right place for my little one. My son has Miss Trish and Miss Courtney as his class teachers and they are both so wonderful. They really LOVE all the children in the room, they care for them like they are their own. We truly felt that love and care from the first day my son was there. He is just so happy there and we see a genuine pure joy when we go pick him up everyday. Can’t recommend this place enough. They are truly amazing. Thank you for all you do for those kiddos

We have been loving Building Blocks! Everyone has been so kind and personable, and our daughter has been learning so many great things. All of her teachers have been awesome and there is definitely a strong sense of community. Can’t recommend enough :)
