What Parents Say
Temple of Praise ECDC receives mostly positive feedback praising staff, leadership, and spiritual services. However, reviews appear to be mixed between church/worship service feedback and actual daycare center experiences. Concerns include questions about leadership succession and isolated reports of inappropriate conduct by attendees.
I LOVE this place of worship! If I could give it extra stars, I’d give it as much as allowed. The worship team is anointed, and I love the sermons, always on target to what I need to hear. Pastors Crain’s messages are Bible based, strong and to the point, no sugar coating. There’s a lot going on here, something for everyone. They have conferences, food bank, small group meetings , classes, and so much more!
I have 2 children at Temple of Praise and the staff is amazing !!! The director is amazing and works with you every step of the way!! Mrs.Terry, Mrs.Sophia, Mrs.Nelly,Isabella in the front desk, Raquel, Bella they all are amazing and love my kids like thier own!
if I could give -4 stars, I actually would. This review is not so much to bring correction to the leader ship, but it should. Patsy Torres was advertised to be there, giving her testimony and it was nothing more than her promoting her Christmas album, she actually sang Chiquitita by ABBA in Spanish during church, it’s a great song, but it’s not appraising worship song. There was no preaching of the word there was no scripture read. This is what happens when your father-in-law starts at church retires and hand the keys over to a son-in-law. Church is not an inheritance. The elders at this church or nothing more than puppets. I’m sure there was no vote as to who would become their new pastor and if there was, it shows a great lack of discernment. There is no expository preaching at this church. It’s always topical. This is just evidence that people do not test the spirit when it comes to the preacher behind the pulpit because things like this happen.
Messages are STRONG, TO THE POINT, with love... AND ENCOURAGING.. JUST WHAT WE NEED. I DO HAVE ONE BIG COMPLAINT....WHY ARE THEY SO SHORT????
Frankie Flores, who indicates publicly that she attends this church, whom I had never even spoken to let alone ever did anything do, made unsolicited derogatory comments about my body several times, and then told me to commit "sewer slide" (word censored to avoid algorithms). This is a profound misrepresentation of Jesus. I hope this is not how everyone who attends your church behaves in public.
