Temple Emanuel Early Childhood Center

We have been a part of the Temple Emmanuel Early Childhood Center (ECC) family for two wonderful years, and our experience has been exceptional. Sending our son here was one of the best decisions we've made, and he absolutely loves going to school every day. The atmosphere is nurturing, engaging, and genuinely warm. What truly sets the ECC apart is the dedication of the staff: Exceptional Teachers: The classroom teachers are truly fantastic, caring, professional, and attentive to each child's needs and development. The Art Teacher deserves a special mention for providing creative, engaging, and meaningful artistic experiences. The administrative staff is supportive, organized, and always communicative, making the daily logistics of drop-off and pick-up seamless. It's clear that the entire team is committed to creating a positive and enriching environment. We couldn't be happier with our son's growth and happiness here, and we highly recommend the ECC to any family looking for a loving and high-quality early childhood program.

We have been thrilled to be able to send our son to TEECC - he has thrived and developed beautifully. The preschool has an incredible outdoor playscape where they spend tons of outdoor time, and they spend lots of time doing art and being creative, which I love. It’s an incredibly inclusive community, and you can really see how much the teachers foster the kids’ care for one another as well as a collaborative spirit. It’s been a fantastic start to our son’s formal education.

We love taking our kids to preschool here! The teachers are kind, patient, and great with kids of all ages and comfort levels. We love not only the great outdoor space, but also the care and thought that goes into each day’s activities, put together by a great support staff. The parents are welcoming and communicative, and Dana the Executive Director is wonderful to work with. We are lucky to have found such a great community.

I have sent my almost 2-year-old daughter to TEECC since September and we could not be happier. While it is connected with the reform Jewish synagogue, the way they integrate Judaism as a values-based component makes it a welcoming environment for every child and family (I am Jewish and my husband is Catholic). I would highly recommend them for any family in the area considering daycare and preschool. They are open from 8am-6pm which is convenient for my family's work/commuting schedule. I know our daughter is in the very best hands. Every teacher and aide (and other child!) in the hallway or the playscape knows her name. All the activities are very thoughtful and intentional to foster curiosity and so creative - not typical arts and crafts or times with toys I would ever think of. They spend a lot of time outdoors and getting to understand and appreciate nature which is important to me. The staff is also very communicative to families on day-to-day updates about our children, and tries to make all of us a meaningful part of the school community. I could go on and on!

Our child has attended this school for a couple of years and we cannot say enough good things about his experience! His growth and development is a direct result of the teachers’ and staff’s commitment to the children’s interests, curiosity and emotional needs. The outdoor space is incredible! My son has learned so much and has built amazing skills and friendships. It is an exceptionally inclusive space that embraces all. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
