The best daycare. My three children have been attending daycare for eight years, and the teachers have done an excellent job caring for and teaching them. The MD Vicky, is very professional; she always lets you know about anything the children need or any situation. If you're thinking about enrolling your children in a daycare, this is the one you should go to.
My kids attended Teddy Bear daycare and now my grandchildren attend. I could not recommend them enough! They did, and still do, provide quality care and are dedicated to giving us parents the peace of mind we need while we are away at work! My wife and I are very happy with this daycare in Bridgeview, because they give all the attention and affection to my son, from the first day we went to ask for information, Ms. Vicky made us feel good, she treated us with great kindness and respect (she respected our culture since we don't speak much English) she made us feel at home, she helped us with the entire registration process for my child, and also with the action for children application process. My son quickly adapted to the teachers at the center, he joined when he was 13 months old and he still continues in daycare. We are very happy with the treatment of my child and of us.
My Son started this daycare in February and has grown to love it! I can tell he has a good time here with his classmates and he loves his teachers. I was a stay at home mom for 2 years and I was very worried how he would behave in this new environment but my worries went away within a week knowing that he was(still is) doing well, and was well taken care of! This place is very unprofessional, they told me that my son needed to see a therapist for his “actions”. My son went here for 4 years and they never treated him like he belonged there, they have always been very rude to my son and don’t know how to handle certain situations(very unprofessional) . The second I took him out of this daycare he became a different person, he is always in a good mood. This place makes everyone miserable and no one should bring their kids here.they literally used to call me every day to pick up my son earlier because “he is out of control” when I have a job of my own. I told them i can’t get calls everyday to come pick my son up because i run a store of my own. When i talked to the owner about my son and the way the teachers were treating him, she told me that’s she will have a meeting with his teacher to see if he should be able to come to this school anymore. This doesn’t make sense to me because first of all your a school, your job is to watch kids, second of all my son basically spent more time at this school than my house, so how can these teachers tell me that they can’t control him when they spend more time with him than i do.i will give them 0 out 10
