Teddy Bear Child Care Learning Center

As a vendor to Ms. Roz, I supply the child care center with Italian Ice, through my business Sweetie's Italian Ice. Upon meeting her, she's always planning something special for the children. I've only known her to be a trusted pillar of the community who puts the children 1st. She also happens to provide jobs for others in the community. Nice work Ms. Roz.

From the 1st day my child started they have always been accommodating. Ms. Rosalind loves what she do and truly care for each kid that walks thru her door. She really goes out her way to ensure the kids enjoy each day. Even down to the other teachers she hire. They are respectful and kind. I would never think twice about sending my kids here. It will always be a 1st choice.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!! I enrolled my two kids at this daycare for them to pick my kids up from school and keep them until 6:00 when I get off work. My 4 year old gets out at 2:00pm and my 6 year old gets out at 2:30 I explained that to the director MS. ROZE in the beginning when I payed the enrollment fee! We went over everything and made an agreement that I would pay her every Friday. Today is Wednesday and she calls me at 7pm to tell me that she will no longer be picky kids up. Just like that, in the middle of the week all because she and her staff are to lazy to wait an extra 30 minutes for the other child. Nobody should have took my registration fee if they weren’t sure they were gonna be able to do the job! This is a huge inconvenience for me because I work full time. The way she speaks to parents is disrespectful and disgusting. Not to mention I overheard her being very stern with someone else’s child but I payed it no mind because my children can talk and have no problem letting ME know when they have an issue. I feel like the way she handled me was tacky and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not to mention the school has been calling me since Monday telling me that the bus had been EXTREMELY LATE picking up my kids... DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! DO THIS LADY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! SPEND YOYR MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND NOT ATTITUDE!!!!!! It’s to much going on in child care for ANYBODY who works with children to handle parents in the manor she handled me!! This business does not need to be ran by HER!

When I first took my boyz to Teddy Bear for afterschool care I loved this place and so did they. When I picked them up they would tell me great things like what they learned, ate and played. But as the staff slowly changed they weren't telling me much when i picked them up. Only what they played and sometimes not even that. I even started to notice the new staff member would give me nasty looks when i came to get my boys. One of the teachers even called them "These". These your kids! Like in a nasty tone. I immediately said "excuse you". Then she corrected herself, trying to make it sound nice, then she goes to talking about how they weren't listening. Then i was like ok she aggravated with them. So one day i saw and old teacher who i loved and so did the boys. She said she quite because the same lady would throw chairs when she got mad, talk to kids nasty, curse. And when she told the owner she wouldn't do to much. Then one day my son came home with an brusie on his ear with nail marks. I spoke with the owner she said we don't do that here, but my son told me ms. Sonya hit him. Before i even went to talk to anyone. So the next day i spoke to her of coarse she says she didn't so i took them out of that school. So my suggestion of you feel or see anything nots right where ever you take you children investigate! Because i trusted these people with my kids and they broke that and i use to rave and refer people to them all the time. Mr. Reggie, mrs. Iris, mrs. Rochelle, mrs. Natasha, mrs. Cee, mrs. Sheryl and the lady in the infant room are the people we loved. Anybody else keep a close eye and opened ears for.

Great School for your kids "TEDDY BEAR".As you walk indoor you can feel the love...Most of all coming from the owner herself .Hmmm may God bless her..she is so approachable and ❤ caring...My children get home with new ideas every evening they been dropped off.."Definately a Learning Centre ".well recommended i can say from my best experience..Have met few teachers which are awesome .GREAT FACILITY for your children....
