I was excited to find out my daughter was next on the wait list. Usually my 10 month old is not a fan of strangers so I was worried. But everyone including Elizabeth are so kind and patient. They work with you and the routine you have with your child. They use an app to tell you when your baby was last fed or when your baby started a nap. Check in and check out process through the app as well and it notifies you. They require an ID if they have not seen you, which i like. Awesome place!
