After almost a year with zero issues they started sending my son home saying he was being disruptive and causing problems. This all happened very shortly after my wife walked in to the 2 year old room and witnessed a teacher being overly aggressive physically and screaming at another child. She was reported to the office staff and fired once the owner came in. The following week all of a sudden my 4 year old became a problem and they were unable to deal with him. After being told my son was trying to “ escape from the building” and being to much for there staff to handle, we requested video of what happened. They informed us that they did not have footage, just the teachers word. They have cameras that cover every room in that building and I’ve seen the monitor in the office. After being confronted and called out about the issues they were told our kids would not be coming back. Quickly the owner said “good I didn’t want them coming back”. They are very unprofessional and seem to push kids out when they actually have to do more than babysit.
Taylor Tots Children's Center took great care of my 15 month old baby. The daycare is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. My little guy brought home cute crafts and they have a really nice playground. Every time I picked him up he would fall asleep in the car because he was so worn out from playing. The staff really care for the kids. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in their hands.
This center is amazing! My toddler has needed some extra attention with medication and his diet for quite some time now. They never hesitated to accommodate his needs! I feel like they didn't have to be so understanding and helpful, but they have! They take the extra time and attention necessary to prepare meals differently for him and to be sure he's following doctors orders. The workers, director, and owner genuinely care about the children's wellbeing. They have been such a blessing to our family!
My son has been attending Taylor Tots since he was 6 months old and now almost 4. I trust these ladies whole heartedly to take care of my son. They have taught him his numbers, his shapes and how to spell his name. I would never take my child any where else. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are very friendly.
I would definitely recommend Taylor Tots; we have been going there on and off for 7 years. I chose this facility because of the care they provide to the kids. There wasn't ever a day that my children didn't feel loved by the teachers and staff there. With my oldest being the only one in school, I strongly believe that Taylor Tots provided her with a strong foundation and has exceled in school.
