My 2 year old has been attending TLC for almost a year now and has blossomed! When first starting she was quiet and cried for about the first week i would say at drop off. Now, Mrs. Heather, Mrs. Sonia and Mrs. Neeka are all she talks about and she looks forward to going every morning! I love all of the artwork that gets sent home with her every week, and they use the brightwheel app to keep you posted about your child during the day!
My son has attended TLC since he was 18 months and they have been nothing short of fantastic both administratively and in actual child care. I will be the first to admit I have a high energy child that requires redirection and all of their staff are great with him. My son has grown so much since starting here, not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. He comes home excited to share what he learned and always talks about the fun activities and friends he’s made. I also really appreciate the open communication with the teachers—they keep me updated and always take the time to answer any questions I have.
Friendly, clean, loving learning environment. My kids teachers genuinely care for them, they are family. They work with us to teach them in all aspects of life.
Please avoid this place at all costs. The people here are malicious, vindictive, petty, and truly evil. My child attended this center until staff members overheard discussions about them and other inappropriate matters. My child was harmed while at the center, and when I confronted the staff, they lied. I withdrew my children immediately. In retaliation, these individuals falsely accused me to DCF out of spite. They are so furious over my decision that they have taken extreme measures, ignoring the biblical principle, "Touch not my anointed." Be warned: those who falsely accuse others will face consequences.
I wouldn’t even give this daycare a 1 star. The reviews of this daycare being good are from 10+months ago. After a certain teacher from here retired with no notice to the parents this daycare went downhill. I was so happy the day I found another daycare with an opening. At Taylor Learning center my child was terrier to go to class everyday, they would cry and scream as would many other children that were dropped off at the same time. After removing my child from this terror of a daycare my child then told me about how other kids would hit them, one time my child came home with a bit mark on the face. I saw the one teacher with a cane hold down a child one morning to keep the child in the room. My child would also tell me how their teacher would constantly put them down and tell other kids not to play with them. I have nothing good to say about this daycare, they mentally abused my child. What started out as what seemed like a good daycare turned into a nightmare.
