I just left a review about how wonderful this place was. But I never had the name of the doctor. The name of the doctor is Dr D. I just want to say He is wonderful. I am somebody who's always anxious and he brought my anxiety down to level zero. He is absolutely fantastic.
I was seen to very quickly by Dr. Laura, who is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Also, the receptionist is very nice and efficient. If you live near Midland Park and your doctor is unavailable to see you right away I highly recommend going here.
**Update 10/12/25 - I received a very friendly phone call from the Office Manager who spoke to me about my concerns and apologized on behalf of her staff member. I greatly appreciate the follow up.** I came in today to be treated for a very uncomplicated issue that I’ve experienced many times in my life. The front desk staff as well as the nurse/PA were very friendly and accommodating. The same truly cannot be said for the treating doctor. As I can see in other reviews, she has been complained about numerous times before. She spoke to me with utter disrespect and in an extremely condescending manner. It was beyond comprehension. She then proceeded to bait me with homeopathic remedies and lorded my prescription over my head. She told me I “cannot always be on antibiotics as it is bad for me”. I have been on antibiotics one other time this entire calendar year. I expect that when I come in to a doctors office which I pay for health insurance to do, I be treated by a doctor who is there to do their job and not make patients feel uncomfortable when they are already feeling under the weather. I don’t usually post reviews but honestly it’s unfortunate that this woman still has a job here. It’s not hard to make patients feel heard and welcome.
Seamless experience. Was not crowded at all, I had an appt, got taken within 5-10 minutes. Everyone was very nice, I really like the Dr. there, have seen her many times. Very efficient, and thorough. In and out in under 30 minutes. Very happy..:)
My daughter was sent home early from school due to a fever. She barely ate or drink during school hours, so she was weak. Her pediatrician could not see her when I needed them, so I contacted urgent care and was seen immediately. The staff, nurse and doctor were great! All of my concerns and questions were answered, lab test came back with quick results we were both happy. The doctor gave us a game plan on how to handle her illness medicine, rest ..ect. I would recommend this office. Thank you again!
