**Terrible Customer Service** My wife and I have been trying to get in contact with Tammy, the owner, about enrolling our three children in her daycare program for almost a month now. Despite multiple calls each week to schedule a visit and see how the daycare operates, we were consistently met with excuses about how Tammy was sick, unavailable, or it was nap time. It felt like they were actively avoiding letting us visit the facility and observe where our children could potentially spend most of their day. In an effort to move forward, my wife tried setting up future appointments to meet with Tammy, but she remained unavailable. Frustrated, we decided to drive to the daycare with our children to see if we could get a tour and talk to someone in person. We waited patiently in the front office for 10-15 minutes and asked a few questions about the different age groups and room separations. The staff member there informed us that Tammy would not be in for at least another hour. Additionally, the employee struggled to make copies of the forms needed for registration. It was clear that the staff was upset by our unannounced visit. They later called my wife, advising us to look elsewhere because we were "rude" to their employees. Are we expected to blindly trust a daycare without doing any research? Why were they so irritated by our attempt to do due diligence on the place where our children will spend most of their day? I'm mind blown by how we were treated, and I’m suspicious of why they didn’t want us looking too deeply into their operations. Beware of this daycare. ---
