We’ve had such a wonderful experience at TCA. The teachers truly care about our son and have worked closely with us to support his needs. When he struggled with classroom behaviors, his teachers worked collaboratively with us to create a plan that truly helped him succeed. They are patient, supportive, and intentional in celebrating his progress. The level of care and love they show him and every other child is exceptional. We feel very confident and grateful knowing he is in such wonderful hands.

Our 18 month old son has been going here since the beginning of December, and we are very greatful they did. The ladies here are so kind and professional. It means so much to us to leave our little man with loving people. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication!

Is this the same Tallapoosa Christians Academy that was on social media and the news for children being hurt by teachers and the director being "unable to access" the video footage of the incident?? I hope not, that doesn't sound very Christian of the teacher or the ppl running that place. 👀 Since it will no longer let me comment. I'll just add my response to you here: So you are that school with all the accusations of slamming kids into tables, that's a shame to hear you admit (that your the school). I'm assuming since it was a fellow teacher who originally reported the incident, that you understand my struggles with your answers... we are still at it not being very Christian of you/ your staff, either the teacher did it or the other teachers a liar, idk sounds like my best bet is just to keep my kid and recommend any kid I know just to steer clear of such a sketchy incident. As a mother I would think viewing the camera footage and responding appropriately wouldn't take so many excuses and days. Hopefully mom listens and seeks a warrant, calls the state and talks with the lawyer that was recommend. Again thanks for confirming it is your school wrapped up in this "investigation".

I wouldn’t waste my time with this place. It has been nothing but problems past 5months. The communication may seem fine at first but it’s not worth much. I was being billed instead of them billing CAPS and it took them two months to fix the problem. I would get calls hey the baby is sick throwing up but when he got home he was perfectly fine. When going to pick up my children the after school class there’s kids being disruptive yelling screaming and throwing book bags throwing chairs around kicking wall throwing bins and instead of dealing with situation they remain in their chair and let the child act out in front of other children putting them in harms way. They will withdraw your children without written consent. Single mother with 6kids I need care for my two smallest ones. Had kids father to make payment and the director had them withdrawn because I told her I’m calling the dad to make payment and hung up. It’s normal for kids to be sick but every time you turn around there’s an outbreak. Ms. Jessica has always been perfect and very helpful to the fullest. The new director Allison is not helpful and very rude. She can’t communicate the right way. If you were told the payment will be made then why take upon yourself to withdraw the children and tell the father the mother said to and when confronted the only thing you say is you hung up on me. Technically when someone says hey let me call the other parent to make payment and hang up that doesn’t mean you take it upon yourself to withdraw the children lying saying the mother said to do that. She needs a new adjustment and probably trained correct way. Can’t withdraw children just cause you got hung up on to have other parent make payment.

This place is very unprofessional with the owner being the ring leader! When an owner of a daycare can tell a concerned parent " sorry but we don't know how your baby got hurt because we can't watch her every second of the day" or " yes your child cries alot so we don't really pay too much attention if we hear her" they should have their child care license pulled! If you are a parent that demands answers concerning your child, then this is NOT the place for your child!
