This office is listed as being open M-W-F during 8AM - 5PM. However when customers/clients visit the location on those days it is supposed to be open, they are greeted with a sign posted on the door stating the office is "Closed to the public.". There is no explanation why!
After months of getting the run around with my local office in another county Mrs. Whitehead picked my case up and handled my complaint immediately!! She was very kind which is something I'm not used to with the other workers who have handled my case.
