This office is listed as being open M-W-F during 8AM - 5PM. However when customers/clients visit the location on those days it is supposed to be open, they are greeted with a sign posted on the door stating the office is "Closed to the public.". There is no explanation why!

case worker and her supervisor never responds back. they never answer their phone. always seems like no one is ever in the office.
