I took my daughter there last year my daughter was only 4months old while attending their care my daughter was going there for a full month everything was fine then Ms.RICHARDSON called me and said I had to pay a copay of $30 every week when she’s already been going there for a FULL MONTH & on my Mibridges it says my copay is $0 ! So why wasn’t that mentioned when I came for the tour or on her first day of attending why was that just now being said after 4 weeks ??? Then she said I had to pay it through cash app only ! That was weird & they were trying to get down my copay was $0 ! Also my mom referred me to them & my mom brought a newborn & a 12 year old to there daycare center & they told her that her copay was $10 & had to be paid through cashapp only ! & her mibridges said her copay was $0 as well so they are scammers ! Also after I made it an issue about the copay stuff when I came to pick up my daughter MS.RICHARDSON was being rude & a very nasty attitude she also was being rough with my 4MONTH OLD BABY ! She tried to put my baby in her car seat w no coat with a full pissy diaper ! So I took my daughter from her & changed her diaper & put her coat on my daughter also contracted RSV & PNEUMONIA from them at 4months old it was very life threatening to my daughter & you know they didn’t call me not once to check in my baby to see how she was doing ! My overall experience with them was horrible & I wouldn’t trust them with my child ever again in life . Also they had a separate room for toddlers & newborns but they would push one crib out into the day room & all the babies would be in that one crib with no sanitation after each child or anything. This is a horrible place. My daughter hasn’t been back to daycare since that & they are still claiming my daughter as being on their roster so they are still being paid for my daughter & they don’t watch her she hasn’t been there since November of 2024 ! I called dhs & they said they are still being paid for my child which is fraud & they have been reported ! Do not take your kids here !

Everyone here is awesome! Including the director 💯. Ms . Richardson however should be fired . Her attitude is always nasty unenthusiastic , volatile and vigourous . During a mediation about the misconception, she lied about what was said and tried to do a whole 360 turn around . She refused to feed my kid and upon me leaving out she then offered to accommodate him and told the director something completely different, at this time I have to withdrawal my kid . I have a DHS voucher which 2 years ago would have covered everything but now it's a co payment and a certain staff member with an abrasive attitude, if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working they're. My twinshave been going to this center for well over a year. We lived and enjoyed it. Up until a few weeks ago. They started head start and attended full day. I informed them of their schedule change. And their New direct act as if I never said anything. They are supposed to be24/7 365. But yet they were closed for an entire week in December. Mrs. Bank then called my phone today and called me with the most disrespectful attitude. Now because my kids aren't attending full time. They just text me to inform me that my kids are being kicked out for a conversation. Adult to adult. Don't First of all a passing customer. Dhs didn't front a dime to me. Until 2018. Mrs Richardson had mire respect for parents and I'm sure she had a better vision for this center. I hope you guys get the attitude in order. Its horrible customer service

Symurff & Symurffette is a place were you would want your children to be , to be safe , to be respected and love and above all grow . The owners of this facility has a heart of gold , they are big givers in the community over in the 6mie area as well as southwest detroit. What a better example of great leaders 😊 with added beneft there is not high turn over in employees , these woman are remarkable and have a strong love for each of the children and families . last but not lease a special shout out to the director who have nothing but love and struture for the children as well as the families , she believes its all about building families and walking in unity and in faith , counting no one out.i would highly recomend this facility to everyone.

I love this daycare my daughter been going here since she was 8 months now shes 3 yrs old she learmed ao much from this daycare n my son did as well they do a great job here with the kidsi always recommend them to fruwnds n family
