This is the worse experience with a daycare ever! They are discriminative against autistic children. My little one has only spent 1-2 weeks here and was told they weren't equipped to handle my child. Mind you my child is a cool, calm and easy going 5 year old that has no other problems. They told me she couldn't come back after taking my money (almost 400 dollars). They said that her screaming was a problem and that they can't handle it when thats what every child does AUTISM OR NOT! Today 6/6/24 they suspended my child for "hitting" her teacher after only being there for 1-2 weeks. My child was seen on tape being uncomfortable and waling her arms, NOT HITTING THE TEACHER. Once again she has autism and has had no prior incidents. 0/10 would not recommend. COUNT ME OUT!!!!!
Picked my son up and noticed he had scars. Didn't think it was a big deal just 2 year olds being rough. I ask them about it and they say it has been there for a week. Which was a lie I have photos to prove it. This would be an amazing company to work for. They will 100% cover for you so they don't miss out on state funding. As a parent I try to be understanding of situations and that sometimes life happens. However when you tell me I am lying because your staff has no reason to lie that's silly.
Kiddieland Learning Center is an unprofessional and unsanitary establishment. I would not recommend your child to go here. The lunch they give is not nutritional and it is not enough food to sustain them through out the day….in other words your kids will come home STARVING. The teachers in the facility do not supervise the children as well as they should which results in many injuries to the child that goes unnoticed.
