Lacie, Rylleigh and the whole staff have been exceptional to us. From the beginning, we've been given grace and love. Our 2 and 1 year old light up like a Christmas tree when they see the workers up there so i know they are truly loved! Any concern ive had or any incidents that may have happened with us were handled professionally and swiftly! We always get pictures and updates through the day and we often get the best bring home homeade gifts. We feel blessed to have Sweet Miracles as our childcare provider.

Had no problems with this daycare at first, was encouraged to voice any concerns about care for the children then got my care terminated after confronting them about concerns for negligence regarding my sons peanut allergy & care. My son is severely allergic to nuts and they fed him hazelnut spread on one occasion and a granola bar (containing traces of almost every nut) most recently, thankfully our son is okay after an urgent care visit, since there was only small amounts, but we are now left without care. I was also accused by the director of posting some, I'm assuming, negative anonymous post about said daycare when being told about my termination. (I did not do this, but it made me feel as if I should leave one to warn parents of kids with allergies, which I am now doing). Please note, I do not believe these are bad people. I think they are understaffed and the director has her hands full. To me it seems that the director does not have the time to make sure things are being done the way that they should be when we are speaking about children's safety. I also would like to advise, if you have any problems, an anonymous complaint to DHS is not really anonymous. Upon arrival to pick my son up the director was on the phone with the DHS agent speaking about my "anonymous" complaint, I know this because she told me my DHS agent would be calling me back before I ever even actually talked to an agent (left a message since I got no answer). All in all, I'm disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I do not believe they are properly informed or equipped to handle food allergies in children long term. My son is okay but I worry there will be a child who is exposed who does not end up okay. Some other things to note for parents looking at this daycare as a possible option. The days they closed down due to staffing reasons (which were not communicated until late the night before or the morning of closure), we were not reimbursed money for the days they closed or given a credit towards the next week. Also, the front door has almost always been unlocked when we have arrived even during the day when pickup is unusal and even when our presence was unexpected. We have only ever witnessed someone at the front desk when we enter a handful of times. I mention this because there were many times we walked in and had no idea what room the kids were in and no teacher in sight to ask. We had the ability to walk into any room at any time without seeing anyone to stop or ask us who we were there for. We always had some concerns of anyone being able to enter, whether there for children or not. The one time it was locked we tried calling the number posted and it claimed to not be in service. Also, our son frequently came home a mess. Food all over his shirt and in his hair. While I do understand a one year old is messy when eating, I never understood why we wouldn't wipe out food from the hair or any stuck on shirts. I have had other concerns but as an understanding human, they are things most daycares would struggle with at times, especially when dealing with staffing issues. I never expected perfection, just safety and understanding as a mom learning to navigate being a parent to a child with severe allergies! To conclude, most of the employees are sweet humans and do care, unfortunately that doesn't mean they were properly trained or informed. I have no intention of being hateful, but I do hope this experience helps the daycare do better in these areas and hopefully create an environment that parents can feel secure in keeping children with any kind of issues in.
