I thought the owner and some of the girls were nice. But I had a couple of issues. My daughter fell off of one of the play house and came home with bruising on her spine and hip. When I went to go pick her up they said she had a little fall. When I went home that’s when I saw it. I never received an accident report or even a phone call about it. When I asked why no one was watching my daughter long enough for her to climb it, the response was my daughter always climbs things. She is a child. That is why I am trusting them to make sure she doesn’t hurt herself. I would ask how the kids were at the end of the day and they would have no clue what was going on. There didn’t seem to be a lot of communication.
This daycare sucks.. allways under staffed... dont put sunscreen on kids when they go outside in the summer ... owner told us at 5:00 there closing daycare permently in nt and gave us 1 days notice and didnt even open the last day... kelly could of told my wife when she saw her all week but waited till the last day to tell us and still has our money. Teachers swept problems under the rug and favored certain kids.... worst daycare ever
This daycare is terrible, they treated my kid horribly , always complained when she had cried for me, they would make me work in the room with her because they wanted her to “shut up”, the director is horrible I was out with covid took my 5 days like supposed to and she said I took longer and lied. Fired me and had my daughter leave the daycare cause we’re continuously getting sick from the daycare. The dress code for EVERYONE is supposed to be jeans but being pregnant I didn’t have maternity jeans and so I had to wear tights jeans and be uncomfortable, overall not a great place to work or send ur child! Thank you!
Terrible teacher to child ratio. The children where bullying my son and when he would react they would blame my son. He certainly home crying lots of days. And your deposit is none refundable after they remove you child from the day care. The place isn't very inviting either.
The atmosphere is nice, they make kinda bad food, but the employees are nice. But the price for one child is very expensive.
