I had my kids in this day care for 3 years. This is the best day care in the neighborhood. Thank you to Ms Areefah ,Ms Alba, Ms Randa ,and all the girl who help during drop off and dismissal. Having experienced 3 different daycares due to our travels, I can confidently say that this daycare stands out as the best by far. The quality and variety of food provided here are exceptional, ensuring that my child receives nutritious and exciting meals every day. The entertainment and developmental activities are superb, offering a perfect balance that keeps children engaged while fostering their growth and learning. What truly sets this daycare apart is the staff. They are not only kind and attentive but genuinely passionate about working with kids, which, in my experience, is quite rare. Highly recommended!

Choosing Step Ahead for my son has been one of the best decisions I've made as a parent. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere put us at ease. The staff members are not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and nurturing. They've created a safe environment where my son feels comfortable and excited to learn every day. Communication with the daycare is excellent; I always receive updates and feedback promptly. They are responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. Best daycare, hands down, without question. The teachers and assistants are so loving and doting. They send pictures and videos of the kids throughout the day. They are super quick to respond to any questions. Ms. Rashida in the toddler room, and Ms Yasmin in 2K are the absolute BEST. My daughter comes home so happy every single day, singing new songs, talking about new animals and tells me all about her friends. The cherry on top is that they feed the kids home cooked, real food every single day - which saves me and my husband from the extra task of packing breakfast and lunch for her. I can't say enough positive things about them. We love Step Ahead so much, because they treat our daughter like she's family ❤️

I cannot recommend this daycare enough, if you are looking for that special one in Brooklyn for your baby, this is absolutely the place to be. We looked into quite a couple of other ones and this is the one we absolutely loved, no other daycares came even close in comparison. Starting with the Director Irina, who is one of the most caring and responsible people I know and her team who take pride in caring for children and do it seamlessly, with lots of love and individual approach. We absolutely loved attending the Step Ahead Daycare since our toddler was 20 mo and always had a peace of mind knowing that our little man is in very good hands. It was very bittersweet we had to leave this daycare because we moved out of NY state, and it took us quite some time to find another one in the new area that was as good. With that being said, no wonder that the spots at Step Ahead fill up very very fast, and from my experience it is absolutely worth waiting for if you are looking for the best care for your child not just in bay Ridge, but in Brooklyn in general. Once your child is enrolled here, you can rest assured they are in good hands and have a very fun day filled with education. A huge added plus, at Step Ahead, there is delicious food that children love including healthy soup every noon, lots of things for proper development and private playground. They have incredibly caring team that is very attentive and cares for your child with love and respect. Also, there is an app for updates, messages and photos to make it fun and very helpful to be connected at all times.
