I am truly grateful for the love and patience this daycare has given my son. When he first started, he was still learning to talk, play with others, and understand routines. His first teacher, Miss Sasha, welcomed him with such warmth and gentleness. She helped him feel secure, encouraged him to express himself, and guided him through those early steps of learning how to share, listen, and explore. We will always be thankful for the beautiful start she gave him. Now with his current teacher, Miss Veronica, my son continues to grow in the most wonderful ways. He absolutely adores her. He comes home showing new words, new skills, and so much joy from his day. She teaches him with kindness, patience, and genuine care, helping him reach new milestones while still letting him be the curious little toddler he is. Thank you for being a place where my son feels safe, supported, and loved. Knowing he is in such gentle and caring hands means the world to us. We feel truly blessed to be part of this daycare family

Can't laud them enough. My little one runs in there every morning. The teachers are down to earth and approachable. Since my guy has been there, he's been talking alot more. Which is good and bad because now he has opinions and directives lol. He's all about his ABC's. They recently had a little halloween parade and it was awesome to see all the Littles dressed up and having fun. Your child is in great hands there. We love Ms. V!

A Truly Superior Experience - Our Second Home! I am absolutely thrilled to write this review for Superior Daycare Center. As a parent, entrusting your child to someone else's care is one of the biggest and most nerve-wracking decisions you can make. From the very first day, the entire team at Superior Daycare has not only eased my anxieties but has exceeded every expectation I could have had. This center has truly earned its name. The leadership here is exceptional. Ms. Right, the Director, is the heart of this establishment. She is so sweet, understanding, and has created an environment that is both nurturing and professionally run. Any question or concern I have is met with genuine care and a swift, thoughtful response. She sets a tone of warmth and excellence that is felt throughout the entire center. Working alongside her is the incredible Ms. Bee, the Assistant Director. To say she is amazing would be an understatement. She is a powerhouse of positivity and efficiency. Ms. Bee is always ready to help with a solution, whether it's a last-minute schedule change or just offering a kind word at the end of a long day. Her presence is a constant reassurance. Now, to the star of my child's day: Teacher Ms. Melissa. Where do I even begin? She is more than just a teacher; she is a gentle guide and a source of immense comfort and joy for my little one. Ms. Melissa is incredibly sweet and has a profound understanding of each child's unique needs and personality. My child absolutely adores her and runs into the classroom every morning with a huge smile. She doesn't just follow a curriculum; she connects with the children on their level. She understands my child's needs intuitively, offering comfort when needed and encouragement for new milestones. Knowing my child is in her caring hands allows me to go to work with complete peace of mind. The welcoming atmosphere starts the moment you walk in the door, thanks to Ms. Samantha at the front desk. She is always there with a bright, genuine smile and a warm greeting. She is the friendly face that sets a positive tone for both parents and children every single morning. No request is too big or small for her, and she handles everything with grace and a "can-do" attitude. I would also be remiss not to mention Mr. Moses. He is such a great person and a wonderful part of the team. Whether he's helping in the classrooms, on the playground, or assisting with daily operations, he is always kind, engaged, and clearly dedicated to the children's well-being. Overall, I am beyond happy with the service we are receiving. In the entire time we have been here, I have had zero complaints. Superior Daycare Center is a special place. It’s a community of dedicated professionals who treat your child like their own. They have fostered a love of learning in my child and have been the most supportive partners in parenting. My children are well taken care of. The day teachers and after-school teachers are awesome. Complaints are addressed at a timely manner and the children are definitely their most important priority. I have being a superior parent for 5 years with 2 children in the day school and 1 after school. Safety is my priority and with the employees at the center, I never worry if my children are safe.

- My child has been going here on and off for about 3 years, and I have had a very different experience with the facility and the staff than most of the reviews given here. - The staff has taken the time to give my child one on one attention (when appropriate). - When there was an issue with another child constantly antagonizing my child, the staff dealt with it the same day I made them aware of the issue. They addressed the teacher, the parent, and then child. The antagonizing stopped. - This place is affordable. I do not qualify for any public assistance, and the cost still fits within my budget. They also provide food and snacks for the kids. - My child seems to like it, and enjoys the other kids they get to play with. The space is mostly open, with centers for reading, playing, etc. - It,s at a convenient location. It’s located right off the Chauncey stop on the J/Z line.
