Sunshine & Rainbows Preschool

My daughter has been going to Sunshine and Rainbows since she was 2 years old, and we’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience. She’s now in kindergarten, but still attends three days a week because she loves it that much—she even begs to go on days she normally doesn’t! From the beginning, the staff has been warm, patient, and truly invested in her growth. She’s made so many friends, and she’s always happy and smiling when we pick her up. The amount she learned in their preschool program blew my mind—and her kindergarten teacher’s too! Thanks to Sunshine and Rainbows, she was more than ready for kindergarten and is already ahead of the curve. I’m so grateful we found this place when we were searching for childcare. They had room for her when we needed it, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Highly recommend!

Amazing! My daughter was incredibly happy here. The staff is loving, caring, structured, and overall fantastic. They are knowledgeable about child development and have an amazing playground. My child was elated to go to this establishment for the past three years. During drop off, kids ran into Sunshine and Rainbows with smiling faces and excitement. I don’t think I ever saw a kid crying and not wanting to go into Sunshine and Rainbows. It is truly a great place for kids. Lorie’s ownership/management of Sunshine and Rainbows has been exceptional.

This place definitely puts the children first! They are highly rated with the States quality rating. The owner really cares about the children. I was surprised at how the director new every child's name and how the children ran up to her for hugs in every room while I was touring the center. Teachers are obviously well trained since they are with the children and the children were engaged and happy in every room.

I have been to a few daycares in this area. I have had both good and bad experiences. I know people have bad days, I know they have good days and i know they have GREAT days. This daycare is so much more then a daycare to my kids. I have a 7 year old who has been to 2 other daycares and she by far feels the safest and most comfortable here. She has really come a long way from her introverted and manipulative ways. She now communicates with adults better and has sooo many less frustrating days. These women don't just let her get her way because of a tantrum, they CARE enough to help my child learn how to behave around others, and she has made more friends and connections here. Now for the difficult one, my son. Born deaf, he needed a special person with patients and love. These women delivered. Going so far above and beyond, they have been working hard to learn sign, and not just baby sign, but the appropriate ASL for my son and have put forth so much to teach him. This cannot be done by just anyone, it takes a very special group of people to do this. And they do. If i could give more then 5 stars I would. Both of my children are happy here and cared for. My children are HAPPY to go here, where as another daycare my daughter would cry and not want to be there, going so far as to start crying when we would drive past. Please if you need a loving, caring, and safe place for your child, Sunshine and Rainbows is that place.

Sunshine and rainbows- they provide excellent care for my little one. Not only does Lorie and her staff provide a safe and fun environment for my child, but they also have daily activities to ensure she is ready for kindergarten next year.
