We LOVE Sunshine!! Both my little ones go to school there. My son has been there for 2 years and my daughter just started a few months ago. My son is very active and social, and they are so wonderful and loving to him. They keep him busy and learning. He will start PreK 3 there this year and I am so impressed with the lesson plans they have prepared for his class. I can't wait to see all he is learning! My daughter is very attached, so we were concerned when she first started. But she has done great and absolutely loves going to school! But, most important for me as a mom, I know my kids are not only completely safe and cared for but they are genuinely loved. I adore all the teachers at Sunshine and Judy, the owner. They are always happy and friendly and loving to the kids and the parents. I am so thankful for Sunshine Academy and all the teachers and staff!! They are truly a blessing!
I must say sunshine academy is one of the best daycares I’ve dealt with and had experience with. The stuff are amazing and great with your children. The directors at the daycare are very understanding, and willing to work with any parent that walks through the doors. They make sure you’re child is well taken care of. My son learned a lot through there awesome program they have for their pre-K class. They make sure your child is ready for school. Most of all when a child is uneasy about their first day all the staff make that child welcomed with open arms and their for each Child every step of the way.
We love Sunshine Academy! They have the most loving, caring, and wonderful staff. Most days my daughter doesn't want to leave! Highly recommend if you are looking for a daycare!!
5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!! Where do I begin? Let's start with when my son was 6 weeks old and he started at Sunshine. Mrs. Lydia took the best care of him, and as he grew through each class, the teachers were top notch. Instead of using the daycare which was 9 miles from my house and on my way to work, I drove him 45 minutes out of my way 2 times a day because that is how much it meant to me to never have to worry if he was cared for. He loved it there and was always happy to go. Sunshine felt like home to him. In fact, he asked me about 3 days ago to go and visit. He is 9 now, he quit going there when he was 7 because we moved. I cannot praise Sunshine enough for the genuine love they showed to him and the piece of mind that it gave me. And all for a cheaper price comparatively, although it's never been about money. It was about my son being happy and loved in a place where he spent hours each day. That is priceless! We still keep in touch with Mrs. Lydia and Judy the owner. Don't let negative feedback fool you without giving them a try. You'll be missing out if you do!!! Thanks to Sunshine Academy! Nana Herod Corsicana, Tx
I would not recommend this daycare, many have become victim to the lack of reasoning and care. For the safety of the children, please know the history of this center.
