My daughter has been going to Sunrise preschool since she was about 3. From 3 years old to school age(9) they took care of her and are basically like family. The staff has been so kind and friendly and I can’t say I’ve had any bad experiences through our 7 years here. My daughter has loved all the teachers she’s had and enjoyed her time there. I hoped to have used their services until the cut off age which I believe is 13? But we are sad to say we will be leaving soon due to moving to another city. But I’d like to thank Ms. LaShanda Davis and her Sunrise Preschool team for taking care of my daughter for all these years. You guys are amazing and I would recommend this preschool to everyone I know. ♥️

The place is clean. I love the open windows, got to know the staff very well, but my daughter has been there since she was an infant she is now 2 years old. Over the past couple of years I've lost confidence in not only the director but the staff as well. During her infant years, at one point staff was not monitoring the children they were standing at the door which had access to the playground and staff would stand and talk while my daughter was crawling under the crib and attempting to stand up on her own when I walked in. There were many staff members with fake nails 💅 on which concerned me because these women were changing diapers and handling infants not only that but would be on their cell phones. I made sure to report this to the director not sure how that was handled. Then when she entered the ones there was a teacher who was so rude and this lady did not have any regard that I was dropping my child off with her and she rolled her eyes, made it known she was annoyed by my presence and would turn away and not pay any attention to us as we dropped our baby girl off the staff member had to help with drop offs. So I brought it to the directors attention how uncomfortable it got for no reason no reason at all I was treat awful. So we had a meeting as I go to sit next to the teacher she moved to another seat so I go to sit right next to her and she got up and moved to another seat and faced the wall mind ypu this is a grown woman acting like a little girl and I told the director now ypu see what is happening each and every day I drop my child off. It was resolved not easily but I felt bad the teacher had to endure whatever I must've put her through it was definitely hard to drop my daughter off with her the only comfort I had was theres another staff member in there. Mind you my grandson went here and every time we picked up our daughter the front staff would ask us if we were going to take him as well consistently as if they were trying to get rid of kids and they did not reside in the same household. My child would come home with a different diaper, run out of her diapers like crazy I felt as if I was supplying for others and then all of a sudden the asking to diapers slowed down because I was even doordashing diapers for my daughter, bite marks, bruises, bumps on her head and they call you sounding so nice to make it seem like oh its nothing she is fine to get you to agree. My grandson now goes to a different daycare after his mother made reports to corporate and went through alot even the director telling her your son is naughty at home because we saw the Facebook post and staff who befriend my daughter showed or talked about a Facebook post that was made, staff denied it even though thats the only staff member who is friends with my daughter and how does the director know about it and why is she using that against my daughter. But my daughter pulled my grandson and placed him in another day care and im sad because I feel thats what I need to do now. Last week a staff member called me and said your daughter has diarrhea and if she has a third ypu will need to pick her up so before she does do ypu want to come get her I said sure. I went to the classroom noticed two staff members with all the kids and no teacher in both classrooms, so I take her home and what do ypu know a regular bowel movement no diarrhea here and I thpught about it and it made sense that they would try to get the kids out of their by saying they had diarrhea when they really didnt. And mind you I see how overworked and how the teachers are losing their patience so I figured maybe its too much for them maybe if I keep my daughter home for a couple of days it will give them time to recooperate but nope still the same attitude. So I made yet again another report to corporate office. Called another daycare and going through a transfer process. Im sad that it comes down to this but maybe its for the better maybe there is another better preschool where teachers are not overwhelmed.

After a few horrible childcare centers I can finally say that we've found a wonderful one. I love how involved the teachers are with the children and how you get daily updates on how they are doing. The teachers are amazing and truly deserve credit for their dedication to their roles. I am very happy to have found this center. I appreciate you all.

It was great and teachers are amazing, until I brought my concerns to them and was met with hostility. First time I got a clearance note and still denied us from daycare. Secondly, my son had insect bites that look like bed bug bites when he came from daycare and made us get a clearance. Lastly, today I didn't bring enough diapers and was told I wouldn't be able to drop off my baby and that it was policy, it isn't a regular thing, which policy states. Ever since I mentioned my son's bites I'm having more issues.

Shoutout to all the staff at Sunrise Preschool the best daycare ever It is always clean and very welcoming. My daughter goes here she's in the infant room the teachers are so loving and caring. You can tell they're passionate about their job. Each day I drop her off I know she's safe and in good hands. The teachers are very sweet and kind and very respectful. I love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day. I'm always getting pictures of her learning each. The curriculum they teach is appropriate and funny. My daughter is having the time of her life at Sunrise. I'm so glad I chose this daycare for her. Knowing I can go to work and know she's in good hands means a lot to me. Thank you Sunrise staff for all the hard work you do. It doesn't go unnoticed that you guys rock.
