I just have to express this is THE best smelling Daycare I’ve visited in the past 30 days. Mrs. Ashley and her team are doing amazing work keeping the kids safe and in a clean, fresh, smelling environment. 10/10 My daughter has never been to another daycare before this & it took maybe a little over a week to start wanting to come back! Shes a little introverted so i think it says a lot.
Editing to add, this was our 3rd summer at this location and we are still so happy to be here! The new director, Ms. Yuliza and assistant director, Ms. Briana are both very knowledgeable, eager to help when needed and incredibly kind. We appreciate them and all the awesome staff who help care for our babies! Our kids have attended this day care for over a year now and they LOVE this location. It is a very clean facility that is filled with staff who really care about the children. The children and teachers are always happy to see us and we feel good about leaving our kids there. Highly recommend ❤️
send your kids here if you love to be threatened of unenrollment every other day by staff, want your kids to have new teachers every other week because their turnover rate is so high, and love to be charged (full daily rate) for holidays even though the kids cannot attend because their closed. if you’re a family on DES be aware that every holiday you’ll be charged the full daily rate for that day they’re closed. oh also, if you’re less than 10 minutes late to pickup they will unenroll your kids! as a single mom who has lost multiple jobs due to this daycare’s incompetence, like not having enough staff to take the kids even though i still have to pay, i would advise you to look elsewhere and steer clear of this place. no structure, teachers that don’t know what the hell they’re doing, and heartless management to leave a single working mother without childcare. and they say i owe them $600+ because my kids were absent! how does that make sense? i pay because my kids WERENT THERE? just do yourself a favor and find a different daycare
My daughters and I are so happy we attend this Sunrise location! Ms. Ashley is a stellar director and always puts the needs of families first. She is very helpful, responsive, and kind. My kids love coming to daycare and playing with their friends and seeing their teachers. We have been coming here for over a year now and will not leave until our kids age out of daycare. Thank you Ms. Ashley and thank you Sunrise Preschools for a wonderful experience!
