We have had the pleasure of having both of our kids attend Suncrest Early Learning Center. Our son began at age 2 and now is in preschool there, and our daughter has been in their BASE program as well as summer Kidz Rock program for going on 3 years now. We have loved every teacher we’ve had for both kids. The BASE/Kidz Rock camp is one of the rare school age programs where they actually have adequate supervision. There are activities planned for every single day, lots of fun field trips. We actually based where we sent our kids to school on this daycare because we love it so much. Our son, now in the pre-k program, is kindergarten ready and has been given all the tools to do well. I recommend SELC to all of my mom friends, it’s truly the best. We looked at a litany of other daycares before choosing Suncrest, and we are so glad we did. The front office staff has been wonderful to deal with and always hands on. They truly know your kids and love them, which is something as a parent gives you peace of mind when you drop them off each day.
Avoid and find other childcare arrangements if possible. The director Katie is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever interacted with. She is so rude to the parents and her staff. She should not be working in childcare. The building is old. The playground is dated. There are better daycares in the area.
