We moved to Sunbrook 7 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our daughter has truly thrived since the change. She looks forward to going to school every day and always leaves happy, which means everything to us as parents. The staff is absolutely amazing—so loving, attentive, and communicative. They do a wonderful job keeping parents informed about day-to-day activities, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child. Education is clearly a priority, and we’re constantly impressed by how much our daughter is learning. We especially love receiving daily updates and photos through the app, which helps us stay connected to what she’s working on and learning in class. We are incredibly thankful for Sunbrook and their wonderful staff and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a daycare that truly cares.
We absolutely love this childcare center! My kids have been enrolled here for almost 2 years. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in our children’s happiness and development. The teachers are patient, attentive, and truly treat every child like their own. Our kids are excited to go each day, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing they are in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing place and highly recommend it to any family looking for quality childcare.
We started here a few months ago and it has been the best decision! They are so attentive, the teachers and staff are all involved, and my daughter is learning so much. The communication has been phenomenal, which is a big thing for us. Starting here has been the best for our daughter and our family!
I would typically recommend this center based on the quality of care provided by the classroom teachers and caregivers. The staff working directly with the children have been kind, attentive, and supportive. However, after extensive back-and-forth communication with the local office, area management, regional leadership, and corporate accounting, there have been ongoing and serious administrative issues that remain unresolved. My account experienced repeated billing errors, including payments being misplaced or mishandled. Despite providing bank statements and proof of payment, I was incorrectly informed that my account was late and was told my daughter could not attend if the issue was not immediately rectified. When I requested detailed financial ledgers to reconcile the account, those records were refused. Even after the corporate accounting department became involved and confirmed the billing error, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the distress caused. Additionally, the center failed to consistently enforce a court-ordered parenting plan, raising concerns regarding administrative compliance and child safety. Communication surrounding these matters was inconsistent and inadequate. Most concerning, my child was posted on the center’s business social media page without my consent. Her file explicitly states that no public sharing of her image or information is permitted. This constitutes a child privacy issue and a failure to follow documented parental directives. While the caregivers deserve recognition for their work with the children, the administrative and management failures make it difficult to recommend this location without serious reservation. Let's Edit this to add: At this time, the billing issue has been corrected. However, no apology was provided by staff members Payton Thomas or Skylar Arrington after they incorrectly stated that my account was late and communicated that misinformation to the other parent. This information was false, and my child’s account is currently paid through the upcoming month. Additionally, despite Cadence/Sunbrook policy, the center released a child to an individual not authorized on the approved release form. No written record of the unauthorized pickup was maintained, and the primary parent was not notified. Documentation related to this incident was requested and not provided. These concerns were escalated to regional management, including Morgan Stahl and Tambra Turner.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this daycare/preschool. The director Christy and her staff are amazing! My babies have been attending this school for over three years now. They have learned so much and grown immeasurably during their time here. Additionally, I not once have had a problem or felt like the staff did not handle things properly. I love that they are proactive and communicate with me on even the smallest of things. I know that my babies are well taken care of at Sunbrook.
