I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism is concerning. The staff's behavior towards children is often inattentive, and favoritism is apparent. Given the high costs, I expect more effort and a better standard of service. I strongly advise against using this facility due to its poor management and treatment of children. Their online presence and initial interactions are misleading, as they appear friendly but lack substance. It appears that many former staff members from Little Angles are now working here, which raises concerns given the issues that previously occurred. As a Christian daycare, I would expect to see Christian staff members on site, but this does not seem to be the case. I am sharing my experience because I am not the only one who has expressed dissatisfaction. Sunbeam should focus on improving its services and living up to its Christian values.
Amazing people! We are from out of town and my wife is living there for the Summer. I called last minute after we had a problem with another local facility. Lynette the director is sweet as can be and got us in the same day for a tour. We got them signed up and started the next day. The really care and are Christ focused which means everything to us. Please give them your business and the care of your kids they will not disappoint you!
