I have seen positive improvement and any concerns I had were addressed. Mr. Andrew and Ms. Diana are always kind and respectful. I do believe they care. I don't know all the staff but my child does let me know of the real nice ones. It is nice to have a place for children to go for the summer that has snack and lunch and activities. They went to the zoo and movies I thought that was nice.
I have a lot of respect for previous directors and crew back in 2024, recently they have update to new people which are not very comprehensive, lack of sympathy and being rude on emails is their main skills. What a wonderful programs used to be for the kids in past years, receiving bikes, presents for Christmas, easter eggs festivals/parties, all of that is gone and fun there seems something from the past.
As a parent of special needs children, this place is a gem! Ms. Cameron is amazing. She is firm, loving, fair and supportive; everything families need and want in child care. We are having such a wonderful experience
My daughter loves coming and they provide lunch and snack! The young man that's in charge is very professional and nice.
The Arlington Main location is the best! The staff is great with the kids. My son loves the club!
