Worst customer service we have experienced!!!! My husband called to ask if they offered daily rates (they do). He registered my son, did the meet and greet, and scheduled a day to drop him off at the Freeport location. The DAY BEFORE, my husband attempts to call and remind them of the drop off. They hung up on him and refused to answer the phone call thereafter. He showed up today and the lady was EXTREMELY rude!!! Told him they were no longer going to take my son because my husband had tried taking him to THE SAME DAY CARE at a closer location to our house. That he had caused a bunch of drama between the daycares and now they were refusing our son. UNBELIEVABLE. I would not trust bringing your children to this daycare at all.
